Your Right to Return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return non-personalized items.
Personalized Items
Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival. Please check all items details carefully before submitting your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at gift@giftwithpassion.uk with photos of the damage.
How to Return
Email gift@giftwithpassion.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 working days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
